Meet us at the red ski shed behind the school. We will be on our skis and our bikes this week! Roller skis and popsicles provided-students will need their own bikes.

WHAT YOU NEED:

1. bike helmet (students must have a helmet to participate)

2. bike

3. Nordic ski boots (NNN bindings, very limited skis available with SNS bindings)

4. ski poles

5. tennis shoes

6. water bottle (light gloves recommended for roller skiing days)

SCHEDULE:

MONDAY- Let’s go skiing! roller ski games 

TUESDAY- Let’s ride our bikes!  bike safety, check out the bike path

WEDNESDAY- Ski the bike path! treasure hunts and games

THURSDAY- Bike day! ride on the ski trails, or go for a bike path picnic  

FRIDAY- Ski biathlon and agility day!
